• Schneider ES-65(history · last edit) Like the articles on Polish gliders I listed two days ago, this has been taken from [11] at the website of the Geelong Gliding Club. The contributor asserted that some kind of permission was given by the club, but we don't know what that permission is and therefore whether the text is available under a free licence. The source website has a copyright notice on display at the bottom of every page. • Image:Trevor Linden draft photo 1988.JPG(history · last edit) Image violates fair use terms, it is of very high resolution, used in other articles then the fair use rationale, and several free alternatives exist in the Trevor Linden article, too many IMO to use an image under copyright with a fair use rationale. • Despite the high resolution, it's a grainy, low quality scan from a book. I'm also inclined to believe the image meets the criteria of WP:NONFREE and WP:IUP. However, while the uploader states the source is a book, the image has been tagged as "non-free promotional". This tag can only be used if the source is a press kit. Though the image does capture a publicity event, it cannot be shown that the book used the image from a press kit -- that is, the image could be exclusive to the book. I have changed the tag accordingly, and advised the publisher of their right to request removal if they believe their copyright has been infringed. -- Robocoder (t|c) 05:57, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
