No prob, @hueman1. Yes, Twinkle does have a tool. Same start as before: Twinkle → XFD. Then in the first drop-down menu, where it says "CFD (Categories for discussion)", select the next item "CFD/S (Categories for speedy renaming)".

Nominator's rationale: Are these films really "about" blond hair? As far as I can see, most are just films that have "blond"/"blonde" in the title. (In that sense, it's overcategorization by shared name.) And Category:Films about Marilyn Monroe is hardly a valid subcategory – not all films about Monroe are about her hair.   • Delete. If I wanted to nit-pick I'd also point out that every one of those films references blonde hair rather than blond hair, though that's because of it being a (very rare in English) gendered adjective. There are, however, a few subcategories of Category:Politicians by occupation for combinations that are recognized cultural topics. We have Category:Actor-politicians,Category:Astronaut-politicians, and Category:Sportsperson-politicians. I don't think "composer-politicians" are the same as these.
