Fails WP:NCORP, WP:SIRS. Coverage is routine business news for this startup. Spam target. Created by a UPE. scope_creepTalk 19:02, 2 December 2022 (UTC)

- ’’’Keep’’’ – Company was recently in the news for being acquired by BAI Communications, which included a discussion of its 1,000 mile fiber network in NY/NJ, and for powering 4,000 LinkNYC kiosks in NY City. See this recent coverage in Light Reading] and RCR Wireless News. Coverage meets WP:NCORP. Nstrick96 (talk) 20:51, 2 December 2022 (UTC)

- Delete per WP:NCORP - the Light Reading post noted above links to a press release and substantially relies on its content. This source fails WP:CORPDEPTH because it is trivial coverage of
expansions, acquisitions, mergers, sale, or closure of the business
and fails WP:ORGIND because it is churnalism of content produced by the companies. Similarly, the RCR Wireless post is based on/copies from another press release. The article sources are low-quality and trivial coverage, and an online search finds more press releases, as well as promotional and trivial coverage. Beccaynr (talk) 23:31, 2 December 2022 (UTC)
- Keep - ZenFi Networks' acquisition was mentioned in the news by the acquiring company, BAI Communications. The content directly comes from the source, therefore coverage most meets WP:NCORP. - Delete: does not meet WP:NORG / WP:ORGDEPTH per review of available sources. --K.e.coffman (talk) 07:37, 7 December 2022 (UTC)
- Delete: Industry press coverage describing the scope of a business acquisition is insufficient to demonstrate notability for either company. That said, in this case, the current BAI Communications article has an Australia focus and should probably be extended to cover their US acquisitions such as this one and Transit Wireless. - Delete Couldn't find valuable reliable sources in the article or on the internet in a quick search. And most of the sources read like press releases, which does not prove notability. Nythar (💬-❄️) 00:55, 9 December 2022 (UTC)
