Weak keep It's a usual problem with non English Artists that sources are not that easily searchable. I've searched her by her Kanji name and did find some sources which just need to be translated. So, by info in English on her site, she passes WP:CREATIVE, but it need support by verifiable sources. So, unless someone persuade me, they do not exist on Japanese, it's a keep for me. Comment Persuasion is that the page creator is Yumisong. And I checked the Japanese page of this page in Japanese wikipedia.
