Merge per Lightburst. To be honest, at first I thought this article was about the Gene Wilder Young Frankenstein, so if kept I think the disambig needs to be changed to "Young Frankenstein" (superhero character)". Captain Eek ^{Edits Ho Cap'n!}⚓ 22:29, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Delete/Redirect - There are virtually no non-primary sources regarding the character. That, along with the fact that the character was extremely minor, making only a small handful appearances, makes merging to the main Teen Titans article inappropriate. If anything, it could be, instead, redirected to List of Teen Titans members, where he is already covered, but if that is to be done, I agree with CaptainEek that it should probably be re-named.
