Fails WP:POLITICIAN and WP:ENT; she was elected to a local council, and I couldn't even find her on IMDb. The notable thing about her is that she's the first black woman to be elected to a county council in Ireland, plus she's an immigrant, both of which is pretty dope. She is borderline notable (in terms of press coverage), and I'm eager to hear what you think.

Comment per WP:HEY, this article has been revised and expanded, which helps emphasize her notability not only per WP:GNG and WP:BASIC, but also WP:NPOL, because she is a [m]ajor local political [figure] who [has] received significant press coverage, i.e. per footnote 8, A politician who has received "significant press coverage" has been written about, in depth, independently in multiple news feature articles, by journalists, including due to her local and national anti-racism advocacy, which has been WP:SUSTAINED since she was elected.
