Sports biographies must include at least one reference to a source providing significant coverage of the subject, excluding database sources is what WP:SPORTBASIC #5 says is the minimum requirement for an article. I can't find any evidence that this player complies with this guideline. She also doesn't meet WP:NTENNIS as playing in the Fed Cup is no longer part of that guideline. She does meet the essay detailed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Tennis/Article guidelines but the notability guidelines do supersede WikiProject essays and, in any case, her achievements don't give any room for WP:IAR imho. She has never played in a major tournament, never won a tournament above 10K nor has she ever held a decent ranking (she hasn't even ever been in the top 400).
