Keep. Consider this a combo article about a number of related programs. The Yale Review of International Studies is notable on its own (my judgment based on previous AFDs about student-run academic journals) but is covered here. There is an annual(?) The article is entirely primary and affiliated sources when it needs significant coverage in multiple reliable, independent sources. (?)
