Weak keep. I'm a bit on the fence here, but the Xindi had a fair presence in Enterprise. At the risk of invoking WP:WAX, there is precedent for including the races of the Trek universe (see Klingon, for instance) - but I know that this alone is not justification. Merge into List of Star Trek races#Xindi. It currently fails WP:NOT#PLOT big time, and the promise of sources and "Yeah yeah, we can clean it up later" two years ago wasn't followed up upon either.
