WP:NCORP and WP:NSOFT fail. A search does not find sigcov, and the current article does not contain any truly independent sources. The article contains one sentence about WorldVistA; the rest is WP:COATRACK for the software they produce. Delete I can’t find anything but passing mentions of this company. The only pages exclusively about it were the ones created by the company itself. It fails the notability guidelines.
