There are two problems with this article. First, it doesn't establish organizational notability by independent references, and a Google search doesn't find the appropriate independent coverage, only the usual primary and vanity hits. Second, it is in a highly promotional tone, not neutral. Taking out all of the promotional stuff wouldn't leave much, and wouldn't address marginal notability.
