Merge: I am having trouble finding reliable sources. Also, organization is not notable solely as a part of the "Virgin" brand (WP:INHERITORG). However, even though WP:BRANCH applies to non-commercial organizations, it still seems like it makes sense to merge this with Virgin Mobile since this is like a local chapter of that company. Also as a comment, I would like to point out that the second half of the nomination is not a valid reason for deletion because it reads like WP:NOTVALUABLE.
