A shadowy historical figure -- so much that even the vague and contradictory article acknowledges that almost nothing is known about him, and the very few texts that cite him play like a conquistador equivalent of "Rashomon." - Delete - I wonder if this is a hoax. The references seem to exist, but even though they are on Google Books, I get no hits on Google Books or Google Scholar for "victor subirana", "subirana de veliz", "siboney forucan", etc. --Groggy Dice T | C 22:06, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
