Doesn't meet WP:CORP. The references in the article are trivial mentions and/or unreliable sources that do not establish notability. The exception is the article in the Santa Maria Times but that appears to be a local publication for Santa Maria, California where the promotion is headquartered, and therefore doesn't do much to establish notability either.
