Venancio Serrano

Declined PROD. It was a BLPPROD but Serrano died in 1970 (the article talked in the present tense). Obviously needs a lot of work, but I suspect that a person that has a warship, a military camp and a major road named after them, and was the most highly decorated of a war [1] may well be notable. Keep - You said it all: his many decorations as a soldier would be by itself enough to establish notability. With that said, the article does need clean-up and more sources should be found, but AfD is not clean-up. Narutolovehinata5 ^tccsdnew 02:24, 3 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
