Complete lack of notability, with zero WP:SECONDARY coverage in the media. Keep. This is analogous to a newspaper's list of best-selling books. Here, a cable channel, which arguably is among the best in a position to judge music videos, has selected the year's 40 best, and broadcasts them to a comparatively large audience. Merge to VH1 Top 20 Video Countdown#Special editions as a compromise. The target article is not overly large and can absorb a truncated chart such as can be found at KROQ Top 106.7 Countdowns#Countdowns by year, where only the top video by year is organized together in one chart. As much as I would have liked to keep this, per WP:NOTEVERYTHING I don't think it is practical or necessary to have the full yearly countdown for every music station that ever existed. Also, it is difficult to source this kind information without using unreliable sources such as YouTube. StonyBrook _babble 05:27, 4 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
