The result was no consensus. No prejudice towards individual renomination. Mark Arsten (talk) 15:09, 18 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I am also nominating the following related pages because they were created by the same puppetmaster and have not been materially edited by any other editors:

Useless Wooden Toys (band) (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views)
White Bird in a Blizzard (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) JohnInDC (talk) 15:06, 9 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This and the articles nominated alongside it were created by a persistent and notorious sock puppet, see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/AlexLevyOne; edits by banned editors may be deleted on sight, see Wikipedia:Ban#Edits_by_and_on_behalf_of_banned_editors. I sought speedy deletion of the pages but the templates have been removed by an IP editor that geolocates to the same area as the puppetmaster. If another, plainly neutral, editor wants to sponsor these pages and keep them in place, it's fine with me; I simply don't want to reward to the persistence of this puppetmaster by allowing any of his edits to stand.JohnInDC (talk) 15:01, 9 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Separate these AFDs. As the investigation is ongoing] we do not "yet" have a banned contributor in User:TRGUY... so issues with article creator aside, we have a 1) a 42-year-old film by a notable French director, 2) a modern film currently in post-production, and 3) an article on an Italian band... three different topics which may or may not be notable on their own merits dependent upon three different sets of searches. IE:
French film title:(Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL)
English same title:(Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL)
2nd Film title:(Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL)
2nd Film title:(Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL)
Band:(Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL)

This request to separate these three differently searchable and differently sourcable and differently sourcable topics is made with no disrespect toward JohnInDC. Schmidt, Michael Q. 07:30, 10 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No disrespect taken. Thanks. As I've said, if someone else wants to sponsor these articles, I have no objection. As for the sockpuppet investigation - yes, it's open still, but having seen perhaps 200 of this fellow's socks over the years (and having never been wrong in identifying any one of them), there's no doubt here. It's him. JohnInDC (talk) 11:25, 10 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
