The area just southern portion of Tseung Kwan O New Town, not another administrative area. The wiki article is unsourced, and per WP:overlap the content can be placed in the wiki article Tseung Kwan O New Town. It definitely violate WP:OR too as there is no legal definition of "southern part of Tseung Kwan O". Also, if the article want to talk about political voting entity , it probably already covered by sub articles of Sai Kung District Council Matthew hk (talk) 04:59, 1 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
