Keep – Just because a Wikipedia article is unreferenced does not mean the article topic is not notable. This search of the phrase in medical journal article titles clearly establishes its notability. Seppi333 (Insert 2¢) 21:04, 30 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Comment - @Rusf10: I've added 3 medical reviews and 2 primary source references to this article that extensively cover the topic of this article. In the future, it would be prudent to ask about the notability of a topic which you're unfamiliar with on the article talk page or the talk page of the WikiProjects which it's tagged as being within the the project's scope. In this case, Talk:Transporter reversal is tagged as part of WP:NEURO, WP:PHARM, and WP:MCB. Seppi333 (Insert 2¢) 21:28, 30 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Keep as a standalone page (but maybe rename as reverse transport), as well as merge in WP:Summary style into membrane transport protein. The topic is widely discussed in the scientific literature, and is clearly notable. --Tryptofish (talk) 22:09, 30 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
