Delete as a non-notable topic that violates WP:CRYSTAL. I did not find any reliable sources about this film. It looks like IMDb has a page here, but IMDb is highly questionable when it comes to future films. Even if we verified that plans for a sequel were announced, we would not have a stand-alone article because plans do not translate into an actual film. We would just report the news in a "Sequel" section at Transformers Prime Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising. @VMS Mosaic: Is this topic verified by any reliable sources?
