The first citation is a random Excel spreadsheet that does not mention this Togo, and the second is "How a Finnish Symphony Orchestra Collaborates with South Indian Carnatic Musicians". User:Spokane Ball yt, can you please explain this. This being the name of a country I cannot find sources about this supposed town, nor are coordinates provided.
