Unfortunately, the nomination statement really does sound like there was a presumption of non-notability, based on the sources on the article. But that's really not how this is supposed to work. After a look at the Gnews results -- with the aid of Google Translate -- he does appear to meet WP:GNG. Keep Shawn in Montreal (talk) 16:06, 4 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
