No evidence of notability. I can't access the obituary in his local paper, so I don't know if it is family-written or newspaper-written: but the other two sources are passing mentions, and nothing in the article indicates why he would be a notable person. Searching for more information mainly leads me to somewhat more notable namesakes (possibly family), including an Olympic rower, but I see nothing substantial about this person.
