The Scottish Libertarian Party

Does not appear to be a notable political party. Other than coverage from a libertarian website called Libertarian Home, I wasn't able to find enough significant coverage from reliable sources. Most hits are blogs on Blogspot, election/registration news (aka listing of candidates, not of whom appear to have won any election), and pretty much that's it.
