Keep based on procedural lines, at the least - the article cites half a dozen press pieces about the band, though they are improperly formatted and contain overly florid quotes that should be trimmed per WP:PROMO. So the nominating rationale is incorrect on its face. The article certainly needs cleanup (and has for many years), but that also is not a valid reason for deletion.
