Move to Canaan Records for now - @J04n and Walter Görlitz: I found coverage here (Books, includes two 70's Billboard), here (Highbeam) and here (Newspapers Archive) which suggest they have marginal notability locally and in the gospel scene. Throughout my results, the Singing Fan Award is commonly seen; one of the newspapers say they're nationally known and a 2013 book said they were an important group for Canaan Records.
