Keep. The reference section includes five reviews of this book. Personally, I would prefer content on this type to be given more context by being included in a larger historical article on Chinese in Mexico, a larger historiographical article on the study of the Chinese in Mexico, or in a biography of the author, Robert Chao Romero, who has no article but who may well have published other things on the same subject or related subjects. Possibly all three. But, failing either of those things, this fulfills criterion #1 of WP:BK. --Hegvald (talk) 17:32, 3 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
