This is not notable as per WP:CORP. A pure case of WP:COI and a blatant WP:PROMOTION case. Evident from User:Shobhit0812 and details from (https://www.technical0812.com/aboutus) that says Shobhit Sharma Founder, Writer & Executive Producer; Shobhit Sharma is the Founder of Technical 0812.
