Not notable accident. A write off but at most it deserves a mention in airline and airport articles. WP:NOTNEWS applies. ...William 13:42, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep - The accident is notable because it was caused by an external cause, it had been covered by media, the plane was written-off, it was a scheduled flight. Not every day planes struck an obstacle on the runway causing them to overrun it and end up as scrap. (Gabinho>:) 13:49, 28 June 2012 (UTC))[reply]
- Delete as not notable for a stand-alone article, may be worth a mention in related list articles. MilborneOne (talk) 19:03, 29 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion so a clearer consensus may be reached.

- Keep, passes GNG, airframe was written off. Cause is sufficiently rare enough to add weight to the case for keepig. Mjroots (talk) 14:11, 8 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep per above. Also please note that the article includes two sources from non-airline-industry mass media sources — the Ziare.com story (in Romanian) reporting comments by the pilot, and also a story from the South African news source News24 (which I added myself just now). — Richwales 01:31, 9 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep meets WP:GNG, multiple sources indicating notability of the incident/accident... Carlossuarez46 (talk) 06:52, 10 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
