The article doesn't contribute anything to Wikipedia. While some of the content is indeed relevant, it is already dealt with in various other articles dealing with Finland Swedes and the History of Finland. This article consists of nothing else but a text in very bad English without any Wikilinks or any sources and without adding any new information not already found, in much better and more encyclopedic form, in other articles.
