Keep - Ikramov is one of Uzbekistan’s leading human-rights defenders, and I can find plenty [1], [2], [3], [4] of articles after a brief search to support the subject's inclusion. SaveATreeEatAVegan 10:09, 16 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
