As per the previous AfD this still fails WP:ANYBIO. The subject was only a deputy inspector general of police, the third most senior rank in the Sri Lanka Police Service, which does warrant auto-notability. Was a hockey player but never played for the national team or received any significant notable award. A non-notable service award for hockey administration isn't notable enough.
