Wikipedia is not a Gazetteer of political parties. This article does not prove notability. Redirect to 2011 Mid Suffolk District Council election per WP:POLOUTCOMES and WP:ATD. Definitely non-notable politicians or political organizations that have contested one election are usually redirected to the election contest articles.
