Local and non-notable shopping centre in a surrounding suburb of Wollongong. Shopping centres are usually considered notable if they are super-regional or regional (i.e. gross leasable area of more than 60,000 square metres and containing well over 200 specialty stores, along with supermarkets, discount department stores and department stores).
