Delete. Seems to be a holdover from the earlier days of WP when notability wasn't terribly formalized. Chock-full of OR ("has an obsession with owls", etc), no passable RS, broken links, and no convincing and supported claim of notability. Quick search turns up web stuff, but no RS.
