Non-notable Primary school. Importance has not been asserted within the article. Hitro talk 17:36, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete, no assertion of notability and a google search reveals nothing except trivial mentions -- Cabe6403 (Talk•Sign) 17:47, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Question: For US schools, consensus is that we merge/redirect to the town, school district or diocese if such an article exists. Is this commonly done for UK schools? And if so, is there an appropriate diocese, or should it be merged to Loughborough?--Fabrictramp | talk to me 20:39, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Redirect and/or Merge to List of schools in Leicestershire#Primary Schools per Fabrictramp. Thryduulf (talk) 21:47, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Merge to Loughborough. A list article is not an appropriate target, sicne this will usually have no more than names. Our education authorities are County Councils, with dozens of schools, so that they are not appropriate merge tagets. The school will also be run by the relevant Catholic diocese, but it will also have a lot of schools. There is accordingly no satisfactory "board" merge target. My suggested target has an "education" section, currently dealing with the university and college. This could have a further subsection on other secondary schools (if there are any) and Primary Schools. This kind of merge is usually the best solution for institutions that only have local significance. Peterkingiron (talk) 22:19, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Merge and most certainly not delete. I agree with Peterkingiron that a merge into Loughborough is the best way forward. The number of schools in Leicestershire makes covering all the schools in the 'List of' article rather impractical. Also, it is normal to cover schools in the UK at the lowest level locality article. A good approach would be to add a brief summary of De Lisle Catholic Science College and mention what is sensible about each of the feeder primaries. I'm the person who wrote this article. This is a notable school in loughborough and should not be deleted i'm okay with it being put under another heading with other primary schools in leicstershire though. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lucy-xoxo (talk • contribs) 08:30, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
