Comment while the shooting may be notable, notability is not inherited. I think Störm is most likely correct that this fails WP:GEOFEAT. I would support merging some of the content to Persecution_of_Christians#Pakistan (which may be able ready for a split anyway) and redirecting to Roman Catholic Diocese of Multan. The compelling reason is to prevent the creation of endless permastubs about non-notable buildings.
