Comment - it is listed as one of the apex bodies of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation. With more effort I think the notability could be established. AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 09:06, 24 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. I added a bit, including a couple easily found sources. Nomination appears not to meet wp:BEFORE guideline. Perhaps it was based on there being no sources in the article, but that calls for tagging for development, not AFD, IMHO.
