Non-notable academic, nothing inherently notable in the career details, and the sources cited are primary (and a search finds nothing better). Fails WP:GNG / WP:NPROF. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:52, 16 March 2022 (UTC)

- Delete One source used is FairyGodBoss. Nothing notable here. Oaktree b (talk) 13:25, 16 March 2022 (UTC)
- Weak Keep Her dissertation has been cited over 650 times, she's published in Science, and has been past president of Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science, which, while not AAAS, has been around for 50 years. It may be WP:TOOSOON, but I think on balance there's enough there there to meet WP:PROF. PianoDan (talk) 16:54, 16 March 2022 (UTC)
- Delete. While her first-author paper as a grad student has been cited 484 times according to Scopus, her only other paper has been cited just 5 times and she has since taken a purely administrative position. She wrote a book review for Science, which is definitely not the same as her research being published in the journal (not that that is necessarily an indicator of notability either). Being president of a non-notable organization is also not a criterion for meeting NPROF or GNG. JoelleJay (talk) 17:29, 18 March 2022 (UTC)
- Delete Doesn't pass WP:NPROF, and not convinced meets WP:NAUTHOR or WP:GNG - WP:TOOSOON at best. -Kj cheetham (talk) 17:10, 19 March 2022 (UTC)
- Delete as WP:Too soon. Xxanthippe (talk) 06:53, 22 March 2022 (UTC);
- Delete fails WP:NPROF ,WP:NAUTHOR and WP:GNG.Pharaoh of the Wizards (talk) 03:00, 23 March 2022 (UTC)
