Can't find evidence that this is notable. I do see that it is affiliated with two diploma mills, Pebble Hills University (see List of unaccredited institutions of higher education) and Southern Delaware University[1] and something called Newton Hills University which seems as dubious.[2] Doug Weller talk 13:30, 10 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
