Non-notable individual event that was part of the larger Battle in Shakhtarsk Raion, where it's already mentioned in roughly the same detail. There's only one reliable source, a short news article (archived copy) which doesn't really provide much in the way of information, let alone notability. I don't think it'd be useful as a redirect, since "Snizhne incident" doesn't seem to be used to refer to this event anywhere else. ansh.666 21:47, 9 January 2020 (UTC)
