I’ve searched in English and for ‘Naziv Dobra’ but don’t turn up any sources apart from the single one cited in the article. If this is all there is, it’s not notable. Mccapra (talk) 04:43, 7 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Keep; the cited reference is of high quality (one of the most respectable daily newspapers in the country using material from the Slovenian Press Agency). The proposer's search simply missed the real coverage because the award's name is "Dobra igrača", not "Naziv Dobra". With the former string, you get tons of results, such as:
- Rules for assigning the "Good Toy" title in the Slovenia's Official Gazette
- 'Dobrih igrač' je več kot 500; 24ur.com
- Ali kupujete igrače z oznako Dobra igrača?; Siol
- Igra - IgraČe. Museum of Architecture and Design (a bit less prominent mention).
