Definitively not notable. See 2024 Russian presidential election#Incidents for a list of similar events. This one didn't have any fatal casualties. The only element of notability is that it was done by Ukrainian partisans which isn't enough as I see it. Super Ψ Dro 00:47, 25 March 2024 (UTC)

- Merge This is one of the many attacks that took place during the Russian presidential election. This seems like it can be merged into that article, especially considering there were no fatalities. The only major impact it seemed to have was to "cancel further elections in the city but allow voting at a place of residence," (from the Skadovsk polling center bombing article) but I think this can be covered in the section of the election article.
