Non-notable. It's been here from 2006, when standards were very much lower. None of the references meets WP:NCORP--most of them are pure notices of acquisitions or funding; the rest are press releases--some even marked "Press release" or published in the sort. of business journals that exist primarily for PR. Delete or redirect: The present article provides routine coverage on a services company, supported by routine announcements regarding funding, acquisition, etc., which fall under trivial coverage at WP:CORPDEPTH. I am not seeing evidence of attained notability in its own right, but redirect to the article on its owner Infosys, where it is briefly mentioned, could be an option. Delete. The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline nor the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (companies) requirement.
