Comment – now it becomes a matter of your opinion vs others. You're predicting that this article is "unlikely ever to grow beyond stub". With a review and the charting provided, I'd argue that it is likely to grow to at least Start.shaidar cuebiyar (talk) 07:18, 3 November 2015 (UTC) Actually it was already assessed as start class (back in 2008).
