Possibly a hoax article. The non-English text given on this article is fake; the Chinese characters given correspond to Prince Imseong, whose Japanese name reading is Rinshō Taishi and Korean name reading is Imsŏng t‘aeja. The references given are incredibly vague; it's just the overall names of some really extensive works of history.
