Non-notable institution with minimal reference material; of the five sources referenced on the page, one is not a link, one is a dead link to a primary source, and one IS a primary source. Keep - it's the subject, not the article, that is or isn't notable. I find it extremely difficult to believe sufficient sourcing to cross the relatively low bar we have for high schools isn't crossed here. That being said, the article is a train wreck.
