Subject fails WP:BIO and WP:GNG, as a search for information actually about Sepiso turns up no quality references. Almost all of the sources currently cited by the article are either "about" sections on his employer's website, or are articles written by him, not about him. The end result of these citations also leaves the article looking very similar to a resume, and my BEFORE check leads me to believe this may not be solvable.
