Simply not notable. The only source cited here is Goodrick-Clarke, which I have taken a look at - there is no mention of "Sananel", but of "Satanel" on p. 28, who is described as "a former chief of the angelic host who later became the demiurge or creator of the material world and known as Satan", which this article copies almost verbatim. Satanel currently redirects to Satan. The article probably should just be deleted and/or merged into Satan - after all, Satanel later became known as Satan according to Goodrick-Clarke.
