Keep - I found these sources which show he is notable in Fiji: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16. In addition to these sources, he was voted 2013 Fijian Player of the Year and is mentioned in countless other match reports. Article needs improvement, not deletion.
